Court bought Evan a plastic baby pool for the backyard and Evan just loves playing in it. Here he is running around in his towel after swimming in his pool. He looked too cute not to take a picture of him.

One weekend we made the trip out to the farm. Court's great-uncle Lawrence was turning 90 years old and the family threw him a big birthday party. This is a rare moment for Evan sleeping on the way out.

Court's cousin Minette was helping Evan eat his ice cream and cake. He was a mess, hopefully she wasn't too!

Court's uncle Melvin held Evan up to the pulpit and Evan really seemed to enjoy it. Maybe he'll be a preacher and an engineer!

Here's Evan sitting with his great-grandpa Gramm.

Evan checking out the new baby ducks.

Evan pointing out the ducklings to grandma Gramm.

Evan loved the calves.

The Gramm's new puppy Ozzie loved Evan! He would not leave Evan alone and would follow him around and lick him the entire time.

Here's Evan on the rocking horse that Court had as a boy.

We were hanging out at Court's grandma and grandpa's house and Evan decided he would play with their door. He's so funny. He'd open the door as far as it would go, then scurry inside as fast as he could, barely clearing the doorway before the door would slam shut. This went on for quite sometime, and surprisingly no one complained about the slamming door. I guess you can get away with anything when you're cute.
I'm partial, but isn't he a handsome boy? He's growing up so quickly.

Court has been working on Logan's room and installing some cabinets in the closet. Evan, the ever-helpful boy that he is, liked crawling into the cabinet and sitting in it.

We've been to the zoo a couple of times this summer, but I always forget my camera. This time I remembered to bring it, but forgot to take pictures . . . except these two. The first one of me and Evan.

And this one is our friends Liam and Andrea. It's fun hanging out with them. Liam is 3 months older than Evan and I really like seeing where he is at developmentally and looking forward to Evan being there soon.
